Mr. Crossland established his professional roots in his hometown
of Wilmington in 1992, and formed his own law firm in 1997. He represents
a variety of local businesses, providing a broad base of services
that includes guidance on corporate and contractual transactions
and representation in civil litigation matters when needed. Mr.
Crossland also has a well-established estate planning and probate
practice, representing individuals and families from a wide range
of financial circumstances. His years in practice and diverse client
base have combined to provide him with substantial experience in
a number of other practice areas as well. In addition to business law and
estate planning and probate, Mr. Crossland’s practice areas
further include construction law, commercial and residential real
estate, guardianships, and dispute resolution. In turn, Mr. Crossland’s
range of expertise has enabled many of his clients to rely on him
to represent their legal needs continuously and exclusively for
over fifteen years.

Ms. Brown has an active trial practice and represents

Ms. Brown has represented clients in corporate and commercial matters
in every State and Federal Court in the State of Delaware. Ms.
Brown also practices in the areas of estate planning and probate,
dispute
resolution, business law, and real estate. Prior to joining Crossland & Associates,
she was a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Harten of the Minnesota
Court of Appeals and was associated with the firms of Morris, Nichols,
Arsht & Tunnell and Morris, James, Hitchens & Williams
