Crossland & Associates’ offices are located in Two Greenville Crossing on Route 52 (also known as Kennett Pike or Pennsylvania Avenue) near the intersection with Route 141. Our offices are easily accessible from all areas of New Castle County. For driving directions, click on the Mapquest link below.

Upon arriving at Two Greenville Crossing, you may park, without charge, in either the open lot in front of the building or the covered lot under the right hand side of the building. If you are parked in the front lot, enter the building through the doors by the flagpoles. If you are parked in the covered lot, enter the building through the glass door by the elevator lobby.

Our offices are located on the third floor, on the right as you exit the elevator.
